This page lists the specialist roles of specific members within the clan, website and the forums. With the said role a description will be inplace to allow easy understanding of each roles, also there will be the Gamertag of the member(s) to which it applies.
Clan
Yakuza Boss (1) - The Yakuza Boss is the over all leader of the clan, the Yakuza Boss is makes decisions and day to day running of the clan, although the Yakuza Boss may ask for the Under Boss' and Senior Advisors' opinions. He the final say in recruiting members as to whether they can join or not after their two week trial period is over, has the final decision with disciplinary action. The Yakuza Boss represents the clan on all levels, having control of the clan's relationships with other clans.

Under Boss (1) - The Underboss is second in command of the clan, helping with the running of the clan alongside with Yakuza Boss & Senior Advisors. The Underboss assumes control of the clan when the Yakuza Boss is not present and is able to make many short term decisions in this period. The Underboss also deals with disciplinary action alongside the Yakuza Boss, he is also able to recruit members for their two week trial period.
Bonkerz
Senior Advisor (5) - A Senior Advisor's role is to advise both the Yakuza Boss and Under Boss with decision making within and for the clan. The Yakuza Boss is able to take their advice and use it as an example of how the decisions would effect the clan as a whole. They have each in turn been picked by the Yakuza Boss for various reasons; experience in past clans and/or diversity reasons for which their opinion would be most valued in clan decision making. They help run the clan with decision making as mentioned above and also help with the running of the website and posting various news updates.

Social Manager (1) - This role is more inter-clan specific, the Social Manager will deal with any clan competitions and events be it whether with or without prizes. The Social Manager is also incharge of sorting the clan's Crew on Social Club and the clan's Platoon on Battlelog. The Social Manager relays back to the Yakuza Boss any events or competitions they wish to push forward so they can be advertised on Xbox/the website. The Social Manager is also incharge of contacting companies in search of merchandise which can be given away as prizes.

Mediator (1) - The Clan Mediator's role is aimed at resolving any issues that clan members may have whilst enrolled in the Yakuza's roster, the Mediator takes an unbiased approach to any issue which is reported to him. Any member is able to speak to the Mediator about issues they're having involving The Yakuza, with the Mediator liaising with the Yakuza Boss & Under Boss to ensure any issues are resolved. The Yakuza has a Mediator as some members could feel uncomfortable reporting their issues directly to a superior, the Mediator is able to speak to the Leadership Team on behalf of said member. The Clan Mediator is also involved with any disciplinary meetings, ensuring that both parties are able to negotiate a fair settlement.

Admin (2) - Admins have total control of the website, they can post news, add pages, add members, give points, take away point and give awards. As well as running the website, the Admins will inforce the forum rules as well.

Forums
Global Moderator (1) - The Global Moderator's role is to ensure that the rules are being followed 24/7, they have the power to lock and delete topics posted in the forum, if said topic/post is no longer used or breaks the forums rules. The Global Moderator deals with 80% of the disciplinary action listed in the forum rules. The Global Moderator isn't in charge of a specific subforum, however they're are incharge of making sure all subforums are in line with the rules and Moderators are running their subforum properly.

Moderators (4) - A Moderators duty is to ensure that the forum rules are being followed 24/7 they have the power to lock and delete topics posted in the forums if they are no longer used or break the forum rules. The moderators deal with 60% of the disciplinary action listed in the forum rules. Although the Moderators can enforce the rules in any topic, each one will be I charge of a specific subforum(s).
